Best price and service! We love the installation quality, easy of ordering, promptness, and quality of the carpet. We got 2 other bids and Shans beat the other two by hundreds of dollars.

I really wanted to give Shans a great review... I had them replace the carpet in the majority of my house. The carpet quality is fantastic, selection was great, and the guys on the store were really nice at point of sale. After that, it all went downhill. The delivery to the warehouse took quite a while. We would like to share our recent great experiences with Shans. We had them come out on two installations, one with carpet and the other on hardwood floors. They deserve five stars overall for their professional services from start to finish. And of course their prices beat many others including the mega stores.

Extremely professional installers. They did a great job and a great follow-up as far as getting rid of all of their mess.

If i hadn't stumbled on this place from the web i wouldn't have found it, but they took great care of me. Even when i had to do a partial return they email responses were immediate and they got my issue resolved in a hurry. You should give this place a chance to earn your business. They treated this customer great and I will order from them again.

Very poor service! Told the owner about the multiple issues that we had with the installation. Had the installer out who told us "tough luck". The owner said he would "make it right" and come see it for himself. We provided him with all the information he needed and he ghosted us. Stay away.
