Ralph and Sam with Shan’s flooring have been great to work with. Found out about Shan’s through a referral from a friend. First, we had carpet installed in bedrooms. Shans Carpet has the best flooring selection with the best customer service around, Adam and Ralph are great at explaining the difference between SPC, engineered floors and Carpet. I chose Republic floors SPC for my office and loved it.

I was in a time crunch and needed carpet installed fast. I contacted Shan’s and spoke with Sam. He told me if I chose a carpet in stock he could install next day! I went to the store, chose the carpet, and he did even better he got the carpet installed within the hour! The installer was fast, professional and efficient! Thank you so much!!! The guys at Shans Carpets & Fine Flooring are amazing!! Sam came to my house twice to measure because I changed my mind about what to do. He was very kind and patient and the price was fantastic! The installers did an amazing job on my vinyl plank floors!! They poured self-leveling cement to even out the base and then laid the floors all in one day. I just love how the floors turned out!! I really like this place. Our church was about to order carpet tiles online, but found out this place was local. They beat the internet price and were helpful finding a tile to match carpet. Mark was a very nice man and helped us get the best price on both products. The boss man came in while I was waiting and actually invited me to eat with their team!
