I had a window glass panel that the seal was bad on and Shane’s crew came out and replaced the older style glass with Low E using the old frame. Excellant quality of work. The crew was professional and quick. Highly recommend.

Shane and Scott were nothing less than amazing. Where another vendor came to assess glass replacement in my 40 year old sliding doors and passed it up as they couldn't figure out how to take it apart to replace the glass, Scott and Shane figured it out, overcame some tight spots and got it done. Even the window molding was spared and could be re-used with some light caulking. I recommend them and

My daughters dog broke the inner pane on a two pane window... real bummer. Helping her out I sought a reputable company to come out and fix the window...it so hard to find one. Shane's Panes crew replaced a window as a local service company for the manufacturer (as the window was under warranty). The crew was courteous and efficient. I also appreciated the ease of multiple communications with office staff regarding scheduling, order placement/status with the manufacturer, and installation schedule.

The installation went smoothly, and when a flaw was found in one piece of glass being replaced they immediately ordered a replacement and waited until the whole job was complete before they expected payment.
