Blaine and Eric were very personable and professional. They shared photos and inspection report before they left. They answered all my questions and the visit was very informative.

Blaine was very friendly and professional. He explained what he was going to do, then shared with me what he did, after he completed the service. He showed me a photo of what h pulled out of the vent. He also explained how the dryer should be working in order to blow out of the vent. We appreciate his time and his knowledge. Job well done!

Jayden and Donny presented them self's in a polite and professional manner. Inspection was fair and honest. They explained and pointed out key issues, answered my questions. They presented options and provided key information. Both are very good tech's and have a high skill set. I'm very pleased with the service and invite them to return on all my future inspections. They were quick to respond to my email for service information. On time, polite and cleaned up after themselves. We had never had a dryer that vented up through the roof, so when it needed cleaning I needed a roof climber. They cleaned out a surprising amount and I thanked God we hadn’t had a fire. Will use Shane’s again.

Jayden Pritchett was great! He arrived as scheduled and thoroughly explained what the chimney job will entail. He respected my home and didn’t take shortcuts with the job. He cleaned up when he was done.
I highly recommend Shane’s Chimney Care and if possible, Jayden as the technician. You won’t be disappointed. (Actually a 10-Star rating!)
