I had a serious flood in my home (from a burst pipe/overnight issue) and called Servpro late at night/after hours around 10pm. I was blown away when their team arrived in just 30 minutes—that’s incredible for an emergency call outside regular hours. Emergency pipe burst on a Saturday?!? Answering service got Servpro here in a hour and Corey Campoli and Bert Henry (Mayor of Salado) couldn’t have done a better job with flooded kitchen and living room. including 6 days of dry out of cherry wood cabinets and rug cleaning! All we needed was a plumber to add in. They took respectful care of moving and drying out our precious furniture and objects.

It's the middle of the night, I'm tired and I get a work call to go out of town. The house is flooded. I had no mental space to deal with this.
