We had a punctured water line flood on our new floors at 11pm. We called Servpro and Mike showed up in less than an hour to start fans & dehumidifiers. Throughout the process, Mike has been great and taken excellent care of us. He coordinated with our schedule and has been extremely courteous. They responded quickly and set up fans and dehumidifiers to dry out our ceiling and walls from a leak. Mike came back every day to check on the drying process. He was very knowledgable and answered our questions.

Several weeks ago, my wife and I experienced a water heater leak. I left a dry house at 10:00 a.m. and my wife came home to a leak around 12:30 p.m. We have used ServPro in the past, so my wife called and by 2:00 your crew was on-site and working. I've had the best experience with SERVPRO. Our house flooded and my homeowners insurance company suggested them to come out and remove all the moisture in the walls and i'm amazed at how quick they called to set up an appointment, how punctual they are and just how friendly all of the guys are that have came out.
