Had a HW heater rupture. Called these guys. Crew was responsive and guys were polite and professional BUT you can tell that they have no clue when dealing with a pier and beam wood floor. They didn’t set their saw depth and ended up cutting deep into my 2x6 subfloor when removing the top deck. I had a pipe break a few weeks ago, during the freeze, causing water in the utility room. Servpro came the afternoon I called them. Austin was polite, efficient and very professional during all of his visits. He answered all my questions and followed up with me even after all the equipment was removed. I would definitely recommend and use this company in the future.
