Refrigerator worked for a few hours and quit cooling again. We’ve had several appts and it has shown cancelled on sear’s end. There is no one to talk to live. Needless to say, o am frustrated with their service.

Dean was great and was able to repair my washer/dryer combo, although he was very skeptical at first and thought he needed a helper and wasn’t sure he knew exactly how to go about it. The fact that it took 5 scheduled repair appointments to get a service tech and parts to my house at the same time was very frustrating.
