I purchased a home in the Crossvine developement. The home that fit all of our needs, then we moved in. Doors that wouldn't close, door inserts that weren't installed correctly, mystery stains on the floors, cabinet drawers that don't close, window balance failure on windows that have never been opened. The list goes on and on. If you do buy a Scott Felder Home here, prepare to have warranty work

Beautiful homes with amazing layouts. Scott Felder Homes is a reputable new home builder, and their homes are built to last. Better standards, better floor plans, better quality, and best value overall. I would recommend them to all my friends and family!
