Very pleased with the job that was done. We had old cast iron plumbing that failed and needed to be replaced. We had questions about how things were going to be done. I was impressed when the owner took the time to reach out and talk to me himself. The job ended up being slightly less complicated than originally anticipated, so after it was completed, they called us to say they’d be refunding us $

Repaired broken exterior pipe - Ahdor showed up up on time, and after assessing the situation got to work immediately, and located the leak with minimal digging around the yard to locate the actual spot. The pipe had separated at the two elbow joints near where it connected to the water meter, due to old age. He replaced the pipe with upgraded materials (I don't remember the name) and replaced the

Fantastic company! Great communication and follow up from the office staff and the technician, Mac, were professional and efficient. Plus, they were able to service our home in the time frame they noted. We had a great experience. Had a great experience with Santhoff and my technician Ahdor. I've been dealing with a slow bathroom sink drain for over 6 months, and have had multiple other plumbers out to try to diagnose the issue. Ahdor was attentive and professional while listening to me describe the issue, and was able to quickly determine a new course of action to try to diagnose and correct the issue causing the slowdown.
