We had our entire pool deck refinished. Unfortunately, the first time around the crew had an issue with the material and the cool decking looked crackled. After meeting with Willie, the owner, he offered to redo the entire job at no cost to me. He explained how we could leave it and it would still last for many years and he also would guarantee to come back if there was an issue. I didn’t feel ver
