Jerry completed two jobs for me at one property, for which he was paid. He accepted a third job at one of my leased homes. I stressed the importance of being ontime for this tenant who is a very diligent active-duty guy, to which Jerry agreed. Jerry did not show up for this job, and failed to communicate ahead of time. He was also not responsive to texts or phone call.

The owner of the company came out and wrote an estimate. He was very knowledgeable and explained the process. We hired his company and they were on time, polite, efficient, and affordable. We love our floors and will definitely use them for future projects.
