I really should have done more research before doing business with this company. I placed an order with what I thought were red/orange terracotta tiles. They told me the tiles would be here by Friday or Saturday I kept asking for tracking and wasn't getting a reply. Once I threatened to cancel the order (which I should have) they responded right away. The order didn't arrive until that following T

Couldn’t be happier with our Saltillo tile! Ordered the 12” sealed hexagon and it looks great. We shopped nearly all options in the US, and the price for tile/sealing/shipping was excellent with Saltillo Tile & Stone Co. As best I can tell, this is an online ordering and freight shipping operation. You may not want to do what I did which was going to the address listed here in Google Maps. It will take you to a fenced storage yard with random crates mostly exposed to the elements with no apparent order. This is high quality Saltillo tile at a reasonable price. Don’t go anywhere else! Javier is very responsive and enjoyable to work with. Breakage from shipping was minimal. I’m still in awe at how beautiful our floor is, and these pictures don’t even do it justice. And we got a tile with a coyote print. Lucky us!

I needed to get specialty saltillo tiles right before the holidays. Saltillo Tile & Stone was able to ship me the tiles I needed two days after I ordered from them, and I received them in another state just a few days after that. I shopped the best deals around. And, Javier goes out of his way in helping you. Very patient and understanding as each person has different wants and desires. The prices were the best but the service is over the top. You would be silly to buy anywhere else, but do your own research. And find out why Javier is the best!
