Sean has great handyman skills however I was not so thrilled with much else. First day he showed up (on time), he worked 2 to 3 hrs and then took off even though he was paid for a full days work. The next two scheduled times, he canceled/rescheduled. Last day he came, he expected me to pay him for another day worth of work. Needless to say, we didn’t see eye to eye. You get what you pay for.

Sean painted my kitchen cabinets and did a beautiful job. I also hired him to paint the exterior of my house and my garage. There was much detail and many coats of paint! He is such a hard worker and a perfectionist. I’m truly happy with the results and everyone else who has seen his work is enthusiastic in their praise. I highly recommend S&K for any projects you might have.

We hired S&K Construction to replace our sliding glass door with French doors. Our sliding door was old, and stuck in place. We couldn’t even access our backyard without going out the front door. Sean’s work was completed in a professional and friendly manner! The cost was very reasonable, as well.
We’re so happy with our new door and look forward to future projects with S&K Construction.

We had S&K paint almost every room in our house. Sean does quality work and we were not disappointed. He is very good with communication and even follows up after the job is done to check whether you are satisfied or want some touch ups.

We hired S&K do some move-in installs for Portable Bidet's, Ceiling Fans, Washer/Dryer hookups. They were fantastic, professional and provided quality service. Very personable and wonderful to talk to and ask advice too for future efforts. Would recommend them without question. IF they offered more than 5 stars, rating would be higher. :)

We have used S&K Construction about 6 times. Sean has done interior and exterior painting including kitchen cabinets, installed tile backsplash, light fixtures, window and door trim, sheetrock repair and much more. I would definitely use S&K Construction in the future.

So glad we called S&K to redo our kitchen floor! They are a joy to work with, have very reasonable rates, and provide professional results. When a minor problem came up due to a supplier issue, Sean had a solution right away and didn't delay us one bit. They really know their stuff and our floor looks and feels fantastic!
