Spent about $10k here for vinyl plank in my huge house. Floors leveled, fireplace and trim undercut, pattern carpet on the stairs. All said and done, I'm happy with the purchase and financing options. I don't like the final inspection being left up to the customer, but the end result was a good value.

We had some water damage upstairs and downstairs that required us to replace most of the flooring in our house. Dale did a fantastic job of walking us through the entire process, even going so far as to recommend other contractors, all of whom were also five stars. Buyer Beware. Great sales guy, but that's where the greatness ends. At the end of the installation, the installer breaks the news to me that I am responsible for repairing and painting the baseboards. We just bought a home in March 2021 and needed to replace a majority of our flooring due to the previous owner's pets ruining all the carpet. Warranty is a total lie. Sold me a Luxury vinyl laminate floor with 7 year warranty. Sales person couldn’t have made it clearer about the warranty. 3 years in floor is buckling and having manufacturer defects. They will not warranty. They will say anything to sell you a floor. Do not trust S&H Flooring. They did a poor job of installing carpet in my house. A poor install will start showing in 1-5 years. I've had the carpet for three years and each each year I've had an issue. Once the one year warranty is up, they just don't care. Don't get fooled by their low prices for flooring. You'll end up paying even more after the fact.
