We had roof damage from a storm a year ago. Two contractors gave estimates, but the second, Seth Ruoff found builder’s defects on the “untangled” side, from Cavco/Fleetwood. The builder is holding “hostage” their portion of the repair cost, due to numerous other warranty issues, & trying to “starve” us into submission. We finally paid out of pocket with the original insurance funds for one half &

Had Seth and his team remodel my home in March 2026. If you are looking for a landlord special look no further, painted door handles/outlets, even paint on the brand new flooring.

Seth and his team got one of my investment properties up and running very quickly and it ended up renting just a week later, which says a lot about the quality of their work. They stay on track with the budget, which is really important when trying to profit from an investment property. I will be using them again, as I secure more properties.
