Good service but bad business practices. In violation of Visa's rules, they charge excessive surcharges on credit and debit transactions. They also don't include it as a separate line item so that it can be hidden from the merchant.
Nothing like $350 charge becoming >$425.
We don't have get screwed by every business we deal with. Go find a company with better ethics that doesn't try to slam thei

Amazing service. All of the staff were very nice. Had my vehicle ready within a couple hours. Price ended up being less than qouted. Overall exceptional experience. Highly recommend.

Had them install my LifeSafer interlock. They did a great job getting it installed on my truck with no issues.
Billy is great on getting calibration done with just a call in if you need it. He calibrated my Lifesafer Interlock timely with no problems. Thanks!

They did a full tint Job on my new car!!And a brow.They have great service and pricing. And did a spectacular job I would definitely recommend Earl. He has been doing tinting for 40 years. Amazing place!

Let me tell you about this place. Its family owned and you will know it. They have Stacey who is just adorable and runs the glass and tint areas and then the king of kings, Kevin for your signage, and wrap needs. Listen... these people are not worried about to bottom line. They are concerned with carrying on the Runnels name and it lives in Cleburne. I only want to be a pawn in this family chess

Great job! Called for an estimate..came out in a timely manner and gave a fair price. Parts were ordered and Manuel returned to replace the broken window. Did an awesome job...clean up was spotless, even took away a piece of glass I didn’t know how to expose of. Customer service was top-notch. Highly recommend Runnels Glass. Satisfied customer. 100%

We had Runnel's Glass do our new van wrap and they did a great job! Staff was friendly and helpful and the job was done in a reasonable amount of time. We will return to Runnel's when we expand our fleet!
