Not a huge selection for our needs. There were two Persian rugs that were unbelievable beautiful. I didn’t even ask how much they were , because they didn’t fit…haha…our floor or our pocketbook

Amazing experience! Incredible customer service! They were super helpful, but not pushy. Looking for a 10 foot round. They helped us find a beautiful, hand knotted rug. They had already called to ensure the supplier had it in stock in New York.

A couple of weeks ago, my husband and I were out rug-shopping, and we just happened to drive past the RugStudio. Neither of us had heard of it, but there it was, so we made a u-turn and went inside. The customer service was excellent. The rug we brought home was too small, but we were able to exchange it for a rug that is the right size, and it's beautiful.

I recently bought a traditional hand-knotted, wool, Persian rug from RugStudio. It is absolutely beautiful, with exquisite detail. I was hesitant to go there thinking boutique store, very expensive. But I was pleasantly surprised, it was more affordable than you might think. I bought a hand (machine) tufted rug from the Dump approximately 6 years ago and it cost more than the hand knotted rug

Fuad and his son at Rug Studio are fantastic to work with. They made great suggestions and had us take home samples to view in our house. They ordered rugs lighting fast and helped us get our home ready for holiday entertaining! Love our 3 new rugs and we will purchase more soon. Great experience at this helpful store!

Buyers beware!!! I purchased a $700 rug (the most I have ever spent on a rug in my life) on their online store. It arrived extremely quickly. However, it was completely different from the photos online. It had striping printed into it, was faded and had different colors in it from the photos. I have bought several rugs from here, and will never shop anywhere else for rugs. I can not speak for the internet buying experience. However, in-store, Fuad is one of the nicest guys you will ever meet, and his staff is just as great.

I needed rugs for our new home so I looked on line and found this establishment. I called them and asked information about a couple of rugs. They were extremely helpful and were prompt to call me back with any information I had requested. Their customer service is amazing! We just purchased our fourth rug and we couldn’t be any more pleased.
