My wife and I had a wonderful experience picking out a rug for our living room at Rug Outlet & Gallery in Tyler Texas. We received helpful (but not pushy) customer service, and the selection of beautiful rugs was excellent. Prices were very reasonable. We have been enjoying our rug for two months now, and it still looks brand new.

Love this place! Steve & his staff are wonderful. They were helpful and kind even when we wanted to look at every rug a million times. Definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a high quality rug in the Tyler area.

Today I received a telephone call from Steve telling me that it had been one year ago today that I had purchased 2 rugs at The Rug Outlet. I am ashamed to admit that life got in the way and we had completely forgotten about the rugs. Most businesses would have returned the items to stock after such a long period and justifiably so. Steve and his team were amazing and very helpful when I bought my rugs. They made sure to show me as many options as they could based on the description of my furniture colors and personal preferences. They have great prices and quality rugs! Highly recommend

Overall, it was a wonderful experience with the staff and the products here! A large selection of different styles, shapes, and sizes. Very reasonable prices. They offer mats and cushions for underneath the larger rugs as well. The owner was just so genuine and helpful. If I ever need a rug again, I'm not going anywhere else.

Had a wonderful experience buying a couple of rugs this weekend. Steve Hajer was great! Great selection of rugs! Steve and his team took the time to show us a wide selection of rugs. They would lay rugs out and show us the full pattern on the rug. Steve was mindful of our need for privacy to discuss choices and would give us space to do so. Will definitely shop here again!
