working with this company was a breeze, they kept me up to date on installation as we moved thru the rainy month of May.
the installation crew was polite, and professional at all times. only had it for a month so far but extremely pleased, and pictures speak louder than words

Good product but beware of the Irving office
1) Struggled to deliver color samples
I requested 4 samples 30 days prior to install date.
15 days prior to install I asked for a status update.
7 days prior to install I received 3 samples, none of which I had requested.
I was informed that my original request had been lost.
I resent the request for 4 samples and received them on the install date.

We had Matthew come out and go over the product , expectations, warranty etc . We decided to go ahead and were scheduled in within a couple of weeks . The fellows showed up promptly as promised , they were very polite and cleaned up as they proceeded. The project took 3 days and we are thrilled with the results. We had the product installed 1 1/2 years ago. It does soften the pool deck and it is cooler than the concrete. BUT, it does stain and the service and warranty are a joke as you can see from the pictures. The first pic is of a repair they attempted at a joint area of our concrete.
