HARD PASS. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!

RRPP built my pool in 2021.. A small crack developed into a large one. None of the pool virus going around, just a patch of bad gunite. He fixed it and it looks as good as new. And he didn’t cut corners as you can see. Thank you around Rock Pool Pros. You stand behind your work!

Kevin and Wes were amazing when it came to building and designing our dream pool the pool. Even when we changed a few things along the way Wes and Kevin worked with us to get the design right. We were in desperate need of a waterfall remodel. Round Rock Pool Pros did excellent work and our finished product was better than we imagined. Beware of Round Rock Pool Pros. You will wish you had gone with someone else instead.
Contacted Round Rock Pool Pros back in beginning of 2021. Here we are in 2023 and still don't have a completed pool. This has been 2 years of zero communication, zero project management, zero anything. The only time I get anything is if I reach out and even then, I barely get anything.

Team Shawn/Shaun did a great job of re-plumbing and adding a second heater to my equipment. The routing was perfect and spacious with zero drip on the pipes. I would definitely recommend Round Rock Pool Pros for this type of work. Extremely professional job.
