I understand that business is business and a job of an experience personal is needed. I accidentally cut my irrigation line with my weed eater. Not to much damage but it took a piece out on impact. Completely my fault. Well I needed it repaired and the job was completed with maybe a couple of 1 1/2 maybe 2 inch pipe. Top and bottom. 597.40 was what I paid. I’ve hired roto-rooter twice and both times the technicians have been excellent. Very professional, and time efficient. What impressed me the most is how the repairs were done efficiently, and was left clean and tidy afterward. I highly recommend to anyone that needs plumbing services. Bobby was the service tech who was dispatched to my job. He arrived earlier than expected which is a rarity for service calls. He was extremely polite and knowledgeable. He took the time to ask questions and explain the solutions. He thoroughly reviewed the cost analysis as well. Although the job took a few hours he was able to fix the issues and he also left the workspace exactly a he found it. N
