The store is great, but the shift lead is rude went there around 2:00pm Friday they had a girl working in the front with a long Line I went to get the manager because the other register light was on. She looked at me with disgust and proceeded to say “I got a girl up there she can help you” after I chuckled and walked away saying thank you. She followed behind upset that she had to do her job. Visited store in the Gateway Shopping Center at 11:00 AM this morning. One staff member, an older woman wearing a blue cap and glasses, was on her phone and was very rude when I asked her if they carried hair nets. She snapped at me and said "WHAT!" in a nasty tone, then added "I don't know, go look in health and beauty" and continued her phone conversation and walked away.

I walked into the store and was greeted by a warm welcome. The cashier, Diamond was attentive to my needs on an exchange of bar stools. Diamond was very polite, professional and quick with my exchange. I was even set up with the customer rewards program on the spot! Was at the store on Sept 17 during the evening,not to many people in the store, cashier up at register , only one cash register open, other employees up front with cashier talking.i asked one of the employees to unlock the dressing room door,she stated they are short of help but she standing across from the other employee that's on the cash register not doing anything.i waited for her for 10 mi

Purchased pair of pants and some Tshirts for my son and Roses on Stagg Dr. in Beaumont Texas. All of the items were cut small and he could not fit them. I came in to return the items. Apparently a manager has to do the return and I am not a priority. I have been standing here waiting to return the items for 22 minutes so far and she still has not come to the front to do the return. I 100% will no

Store is closer but I don't like the attitudes of the younger kids. They worry about who is texting their phone. They take their time and argue with customers. Other members just sit on the motorized carts and laugh. One person serving as a cashier when the store has alot of people is frustrating. Not a good look.
