I purchased a new home and my pipes busted. I was so worried and concerned. Chris was amazing! He responded fast and did a great job with in hours. I ended up using him for other services also for quick updates. He came back to do a filtration system to my bathroom and kitchen sink. He is very reasonable and explains the whole process with different alternatives to fix the solution. He is my go to

Chris,
Was very professional very knowledgeable in the work sewer repair. He also asked if there were any other issues. He was able to get a tankless water heater installed to help with the hot water issue in our house. I hope we never have anymore plumbing problems. Excellent service! They have helped me detect several plumbing issues, several of which were causing CO2 leaks in my house. They are very mindful of getting things repaired as quickly as possible and as safely as possible. They have helped worked with my insurance to file claims to cover repairs and even came out the next day to readjust a pipe that was venting improperly. Highly recommend!

Rootsy Tootsy Plumber is very quick and dependable. I noticed my walls were kind of wet so within no time at all he diagnosed the problem coming from a leak in the my attic water heater. Didn't take him long to fix the problem and saved me so much money and trouble in the future! Thank you so much for fixing my issue and saving my house from water severe damage. Highly recommend this company!

Chris came out and fixed my problem and gave me options. I chose to install a new water heater. I added the yearly membership which includes service calls for the water heater, drains, and faucets.
