Came here the other day to get a new lock for our door, and before I even had a chance to ask anyone, Robert was there asking how he could assist me. We instantly went to the aisle, he grabbed the correct item, and had me checked out in less than 2 minutes.
Amazing experience and in line with the other times I've been here. Will 100% keep coming back with knowledge and help like that.

Roosters Ace got us all set up with an amazing Big Green Egg. Same day delivery. The store manager, Mr Rick, even came out for the free delivery and assembly!! All the employees were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable!! Will definitely make Roosters Ace my go-to hardware place!!

I never knew about this gem. My wife had a pickup order for something she needed. We decided to walk around a little bit and were amazed at the variety of items. We will definitely be back. Employees were super helpful and friendly!

Exceptional experience and products. Robbie was the most attentive and friendly customer service per person I have ever met and extremely knowledgeable. Met the owner as well and he was very kind. Will definitely be coming back and supporting this family run business

Each time I have visited Roosters Ace Hardware in Round Rock, Texas, every employee I encountered has been extremely helpful, polite and friendly, as well as tolerant of my ignorance about hardware. No matter what oddball item I may need, they always find it for me. That makes this old woman very happy to shop there.

Robby, The Grill King gave me a through overview of the Grill and Smoker Woodridge Elite brands they carry. He was very knowledgeable on the products which was very helpful. They are also providing free delivery before Christmas! I was very impressed with the service. Thank you

I love this hardware store. Unlike big box stores you get friendly knowledgeable knowledgeable service. The employees are always helpful courteous and joyful! A little more expensive, but you don't have to walk miles and you always get help carrying stuff out to your car!

What a great store. Came in and everyone was very friendly and helpful. Everything was organized and they seem to have just about everything you would need for any project. Great alternative from having to drive all the way to Home Depot. I let the manager or he may have been the owner, know that he had a nice store and he was really appreciative of it. 10/10 experience 🫡
