Let me preface this with I do my research...probably too much research to the point where I become annoying to friends because I can't stop talking about the new (and mundane) things I'm learning. Anyway,. I visited 6-7 other flooring vendors, and 3-4 of them knew next to nothing about carpet. Of those who did know what they were talking about, Jim Rice at Rolando's was the most knowledgeable. HONEST NOT MONEY HUNGRY! I THOUGHT I knew what I needed. Unique size and specifications. The gentleman that helped me was SOOOOO KNOWLEDGEABLE! I learned a few things today. The most important is that when I need new flooring this will be my place to come. He could have sold me 10 different things that would have fit what I needed but they weren't right for what I needed. I appreciated his honest
