He was so kind & helpful! As you can see from the photo, the filters AND our smoke detector is so high that I can’t reach it!!

Bryan was professional, courteous, and quick to diagnose the issue. He clearly explained what needed to be done and provided upfront pricing, so there were no surprises. We use Rohde for both our home and business HVAC systems. We have had great customer service. Marcy is always so pleasant on the phone and our tech the last two times at our home has been Michael, he is very professional, informative and leaves the area cleaner than it was when he arrived!
