Excellent customer service! Walked in and greeted promptly. I am glad I compared pricing. There was a $1.00 difference PER SQUARE FOOT from the first place I went to. I SAVED OVER $1000! Originally went to Materiales del Valle and was almost completely dismissed there. Quick checkout. They take credit cards but with a 3% fee. No charge for debit cards.

We went in looking for shower tile, there was only one other customer in there, after about 15 minutes waiting to get help, we walked out , we were never acknowledged, not even a hello.

Two times I’ve walked into this store, only because contractors rave they have the best pricing in the rgv aside from materiales del valle. Their price per sq ft is more expensive than elsewhere. Their metal edging for tile, told by contractor said it would be around $12 each with his discount instead of purchasing at Lowe’s. Went in and the rep was quoting $18 per metal edge, not name brand schlu

Sales person seemed like they didn't want to be there. Other than that good selection, some in stock majority special order.
