DONT RECOMMEND. My husband went last week to buy all the tile for our home and we had the guys come today to start taking off and install the new flooring. We were scheduled to get it delivered today Monday 12 -1 pm & nobody shows up. My husband calls, they answer once and he tried calling 3 more times…no answer. I call, they answer right away. I get transferred to Mary saying that they can’t deli

Very bad experience after spending so much money and melecio confirming he had the material in pharr location once we get there to pick up the front lady Mary rude with a nasty attitude saying that they don’t have the material in stock and couldn’t give a refund. Very bad customer service don’t recommend it at all!!

Limited inventory. Did not purchase any tile because the types and styles of tile available are limited to marble, stone, stone-look, extra-large and grandiose-decor tile that is not suitable for my home. Selection isn't diverse, in terms of decor, type or size. I want porcelain, ceramic, or quarry tile on my floors. In addition there was nothing in the way of tile for my kitchen counter or splash

I had previously bought thousands of dollars worth of tile over the years from this place. Yesterday, I went to go purchase more tile and advised them I had some bathroom tile that I bought extra that I needed to return. I didn’t want any $ back. Just a simple credit to my current purchase. They refused to give me any credit so I cancelled the order. The store basically lost thousands of dollars

I went by to purchase backsplash for my kitchen. I fell in love with a tile, but the guy there said it was special order so that he needed to order it from Houston and it would take like 3-4 days. I went ahead and ordered it last Friday and he calls me today to say that they didn’t have it in stock. My complaint here is why charge me if you don’t have it in stock. They should be more organized bef

Good variety but expensive. My guy laying my tile gets his tile there. Found like or very similar for less elsewhere. They do not accept returns. Sales people are friendly and knowledgeable.they sent wrong color grout tile installer noticed when he opened I had to pay for the right color as well as the wrong color
