I can’t say enough about how great and happy I am that I had a Rodriguez, Painting And Sons paint my home. Jessika and her crew did a fantastic job. I am very happy. The prices are very reasonable and they do not subcontract out any work. Jessika was here every day and it was 100° outside, very happy with the outcome.

Estimation was vague and communication poor. All work requested was answer only with a yes. Subcontractor came with son and work was poor quality. Painting on the shed comparable to a child painting it. Trim not painted on side with same color and white paint rerunning over on blue trim. The power washing was little to none, but I requested the siding be power washed good as 3 sides of my home

Jessika and Luis did such a great job on my house, especially the doors!! My daughter’s jaw dropped when she first saw it. We love the doors. They also did a lot of painting inside, trim work, fixed some odds and ends inside painted some doors from dog scratching. Results are outstanding, will call them again soon.

We have owned rental properties in northern San Antonio for a number of years.
