Great service and Wonderful installation! The Gentlemen installing our new refrigerator and dishwasher were so careful and knowledgeable. We have a very small area for the refrigerator and needed special consideration. We also had a small leak under our sink that was spotted and fixed! Above and beyond!

We moved to Plano this year and we are very happy to have found Rodenbaugh's. They were very willing to share their vast knowledge when we needed to replace an old built-in fridge. The installation team took great care to ensure everything was done correctly and walked us through all the features. We followed up by having them replace our dishwasher as well. Great option to consider instead of all the big stores around. Alexis knows her stuff and is no nonsense! She took the time to understand my needs and recommended the best option for my family which was NOT the most expensive.. not even close. Delivery was efficient and the guys were respectful of my home. They tested both the washer and dryer, and took the time to walk me through the machines. 10

Awesome experience. Our microwave died the night before entertaining 20 people. I called the next day and talked with Alexis. She was knowledgeable, helpful and took her time to make sure I understood the options. She suggested I take some measurements and also pictures when I came in, to ensure I found a unit that fit my opening. I did and everything worked great. I removed the old unit bef

We purchased a new dishwasher with them 2 weeks ago! Terrific machine. They allowed us to take it home the next day so we could install. They answered our questions and made the process easy. (They have installers, but we wanted to do it quickly).

Wonderful company to work with. Sale process was pleasant. We are very happy with our new kitchen aide refrigerator. Our salesperson, Alexis, and Ronald, the owner, were helpful and knowledgeable. We’ve bought from them before and will do so again.

Really sad to say I wouldn’t recommend this place… we try to shop local/small business and went in here wanting a speed Queen washer. We left having been talked into a newer model of whirlpool that we are extremely unhappy with. We bought an extended 5 year warranty and have called whirlpool a few times just for them to come out and tell us there’s nothing wrong with our washer. Our $1000 washer d
