We just made a purchase here back in March. We knew what we wanted, but, didn’t quite know exactly what we got until it was too late. I’ll try and keep it short. So we needed some warranty work done 3 months after the purchase of a brand new camper. On a spot no bigger than a quarter, for body repair. The camper sat idle for 2 months. I had a great experience at Rocky ridge, I looked at several campers with Adam and he explained all the details and actually cared about what I wanted and wasn't trying to push me into buying anything. I am definitely going to buy from him when I am ready to make my decision.

This place has been nothing but great to us! My husband broke down on the side of the road axel completely in the asphalt and they did all of the work and replaced parts for $1200. They treated us like humans instead of just another customer! Ask for Will for any services you need, this place has the best camper service center we have EVER seen. We are absolutely astonished and so so so grateful.

Driving through Texarkana with a Rv Trailer battery problem I called, received immediate helpful and friendly info. Went to the store, Ashley in repairs, called Jared the mechanic who came immediately and found the problem. Professional, kind and helpful. Thank you so much... big thumbs up from Canadians!
