So my review is specifically about store in Round Rock Texas. I have done business here since store opened. Prior I just went to web and made my purchase. First of January purchased Jet 16/32 as it was on sale. Was told Jan 12th, you can pickup. Jan 12th manager calls tells First second week of February. Customers should expect reasonable wait time but being a bank for corporate should not happen.

I am someone who owns a sizeable commercial woodshop. It is my livelihood, yet I still go home and do more woodworking. I rarely need assistance when shopping for my projects. Rockler in Round Rock always has at least 3 or 4 knowledgeable people on the floor to assist though if needed. They have opinions, but are not pushy.
I appreciate the way that they are all concerned with your experience.

UPDATE:
Back when I first bought my lathe to start making pens I also purchased 13 pen kits but they only had Gold kits in stock. Since I also wanted Silver and Black I purchased those kits from a different source to include more Gold kits.
Since the Rockler kits came in individual bags I had set them aside but after making over 270 pens I finally decided to use the Rockler kits.

Lots of great stuff for the beginners and on up.
Helpful staff got me what I needed not just what I thought I wanted.
Only regret is that it is so far north of me.

Joseph is the most amazing teacher! My husband set up a date for us to create mother’s gifts. We always talked about taking up woodworking. This was a wonderful surprise for a date! Love this place. I walk in and get help immediately. The clerks know more about woodworking than any other store in town. There are quality name brands as well as affordable options as well. Wood selection is beautiful. Definitely my go to woodworking store.

So many amazing tools and toys to dream about—it’s like a candy store for woodworkers! The staff is consistently friendly, professional, and always ready to help with solid advice. Their wide selection of beautiful wood makes it easy to find exactly what I need, and the regular sales are a sweet bonus.
