I can highly recommend Roberts Carpet & Fine Floors. We met Ron Wilhite at the Stafford location; Ron was not only highly knowledgeable and informative but fun to talk to as well. He worked with us and we finally decided on an LVP product by Coretec. The installers (Robert Mata and company) got to work and did a really great job. From the moment we walked through showroom doors, Ron met us with a huge smile that would make anyone feel welcome. We had an absolutely wonderful experience with Roberts Carpet. Our salesman Gilbert had all the answers, suggestions, information that led us to select not only a house full of carpet, but the hardwood as well. Ron was so thorough and helped walk us through our first flooring experience. He was very knowledgable and had a ton of experience - providing us with answers to all of our questions. The install day was a breeze and better than we expected. We're aware that other places offer "free" installation but having our job done professionally and with care was worth every penny to us.

Ron and his staff were very helpful in helping us choose our carpet. We are very pleased with the carpet we chose. Saul Pena and his staff did an excellent job installing the carpet. We will definitely use them again for our flooring needs. Highly recommend Robert’s Carpet.

My wife and I have thoroughly enjoyed shopping at Roberts Carpet and Fine Floors. Much of our positive experience is attributed to salesman Jasper Bolton. He was extremely helpful and was not pushing one product over others to try to get a sale. He gave us space to think and was always nearby to answer all of our questions.
