Thanks Robert’s for doing an incredible job with our carpet install. We were originally slated to work with another company our contractor suggested but opted for Robert’s after we had a better experience at the store and liked their selections more. It took a couple weeks to get the carpet but it was promptly installed a few days after it came in. The team led by Saul knocked our two large areas

I had carpet installation done in a bedroom and closet by Roberts carpets. The installer was a middle-aged man who brought his 19 year old daughter. I have no idea why he brought her along as she mostly hung out in the closet.

Vernon at the Fondren location was knowledgeable, patient and once a decision made, timely in visiting to take the final measurements.
Pedro Bocanegra easily handled the installation, and took care moving the furniture and clean-up.
We were impressed with the overall service and attention to detail received.

Sebastian B. And his team did a terrific job installing the carpets in 3 rooms in my house. They even went above and beyond to temporarily remove some shelving in the closet so they could carpet underneath it and then put it all back together again. The rooms look great and his team provided excellent service. We are very pleased with the product.

I had never bought carpet before and did not realize how many choices one has which makes it very tough but the manager greeted me walked me through the process he was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout me choosing.
