Our experience at Robert’s Carpet Kirby location was exceptional! The entire process went seamless. From Dan, our sales associate, to Daniel & Javier, our tile installers to Sebastian, Angel & Alosio, our carpet installation team. Great experience working with Roberts. They were able to match our carpet. We got four bedrooms done and vinyl flooring in a bathroom? Very professional and accommodating around our remodeling schedule. Highly recommend.

I was so happy with the help I received in the store, and Kevin brought the samples to my home for measurements and review.
The carpet is lovely and it looks great with my furniture, but I wasn’t very happy with my decision. It was too light and the same color of the walls and ended up being monochromatic.
Roberts went back to the manufacturer who guaranteed 100% Satisfaction and they warranted

Outstanding job by Robert's. I was considering Home Depot for an installation in my TV room, but half the time no one was in the store to answer my questions and they didn't seem confident on how they would install carpet on a stone floor (i.e. drill into the stone to make the carpet stay).
