I am writing a review of Robert Aire, and I honestly could not be more satisfied. In the Galveston area, they are the only company willing to work on gas heaters and gas wall heaters, which already sets them apart. Even better, they did an excellent job during my visit.

The tech was onsite for less than one hour. Found a leak in one of the coil feeder tubes. He repaired the leak and recharged the system. I was charged $1800.00 for a simple repair that took less than one hour. Way overpriced for the service. I did business with Roberts Air in the past when Bill Roberts was the owner. I did not realize that he sold the company. Bill was honest, fair and reasonable.

Our AC unit was short cycling and the house was 85° when Jonathan (I didn’t catch the other guy’s name 🤦♂️) showed up and had it fixed in about an hour. Super polite, informative, and knowledgeable guys. They chatted with my young son who was fascinated watching them work.
I’d highly recommend them. Keep up the good work, fellas.

Connor V and his partner S were excellent. They had to remove the old equipment in the attic and outside in the heat/humidity of Galveston before installation of new HVAC units and digital thermostat. Two additional crew arrived around 4pm to help them complete work by 6pm.
They were polite, professional and efficient!
We are delighted in our choice of Roberts Air!.

This is a followup review from yesterday's service.
Replacement part arrived and was installed the next day by the same technician who diagnosed the issue the day before. Repair was completed quickly and efficiently and system is working properly. As before Johnathan was great. I am perfectly satisfied.

Wonderful service 24/7!! Called them on Friday night, AC stopped working. They showed up in less than 2hrs and had it working within 30 mins! Life saver. $160 was the emergency call out fee but that’s the same as any given day. Mario was our technician and he was so nice and knowledgeable. We will be using these guys again!

I called Roberts Air needing a emergency the other day Jonathan came out very quickly walked me through all the issues I was having and explained it in a way that made sense showing me the parts that were bad and why they were bad. really appreciate this level of customer service will definitely be using Roberts again.
