This company is a scam. I was scheduled for June 1st, they did not show up til Jun 4th after several phone calls and messages. Then after that every day they would say they will show up and they are busy but still will show up. I was concerned that the pool had started to get green and told them. This place is a complete waste of time. They keep spamming me with text messages saying they can come service my pool, but when you actually try to call, no one ever answers. After finally getting through, they tell me they don’t accept new customers. Why send messages if you’re not even willing to take on new business? Totally unprofessional and misleading.
