Recently we arrived to live here, and we are si happy for oír election. The people im leasing office are so friendly and profesional. Plus they always have has suport inmediatly and they are so friendly with our puppy.
The apartments are nice, confortable and great location as well. At nights is very light and quiet.
Definitely recomendable!

This is BY FAR the weirdest place I've ever lived. I moved in on 06/23 and Riverside Villas is living up to its name. Water is EVERYWHERE all the time and there's "nothing" they can do about it? Really?!?!? How about starting with capping some of these sprinkler heads! INSANITY! (Oh, the first picture is a sprinkler head shooting AT LEAST 8 feet in the air. Looked like Old Faithful!!)

Now that I moved out.
The pros: the lady at the office is cool she handles everything well. The apt is nicely sized and the ac is good. Chandler was great person!
The cons: Make sure you ask about your deposit. Because I was paying that monthly and they tell me I can’t use it in the end. So make sure you ask questions because at the end they charge u for everything when u move out so be careful. W

Very horrible experience! I applied almost two weeks ago! I can’t get anyone to pick up the phone, i’ve called 3 days in a row. One day i called 4 times at 4 different hours. My money is gone and i can’t contact anyone. This is very unprofessional. It’s hard for me to go because they are closed after work.

No visible signs regarding parking visitor permits. No signs show casing the website to go to. They will tow your car without notice just for parking in an open space and there is no clear visible signage and they communicate with there tenants incorrect information that is not listed on the lease. Vistors beware you will be towed if your car is not registered and there is no signage anyway showca

I would give zero stars if I could. We moved out of our apartment on 6/30. The property stated it was black out date and that’s why we were charged excess fees that they would refund. I had to contact the property every day for 2 weeks. They only refunded $66 of the $76 the over charged us. The reason it took so long because they couldn’t do anything without the community manager who is barely eve

Riverside Villa's is the best property in this community! You'll never find a leasing agent or property manager as welcoming as the staff that'll assist you. The property has much to offer. You'll receive free WiFi, Spectrum cable, a fitness center, club room, business center, pool & grill area, and more! In addition, it's safe and is a gated community. Visitors must gain access from the resident.

I’m a new resident and I really like the property. It’s clean and there’s not a lot going on here. Peaceful apartments. The staff is amazing and will literally make sure they get any request I need done. The manager on property, Chrystal is really great! She actually listens to the residents and get things done. Great manager! Great Staff! Great Property!
