BUYER BEWARE!
I had to file a consumer complaint against Riverbend Sandler Pools regarding the construction of a residential swimming pool. Despite repeated good-faith efforts to resolve issues directly with the company, numerous significant defects and management failure issues remain unresolved. My pool was "finished" in December 2025!

James Guice went the “extra mile” to ensure my pool timer, freeze guard, and wiring problems were repaired quickly. It extremely rare to find an individual who cares about their customer’s problems/concerns to the degree that James does.

I was very happy with Riverband Sandler Pools. There rates are very reasonable and great customer service. Our Project Manager Francisco and our Sales manager Hank were very responsive and helpful during the process. We had a few issues along the way but they were able to resolve them. Overall great experience with their company. I would recommend anyone who is looking for a reliable company.

I’ll start off by saying maybe my expectations are just too high in general, but Riverbend was really sold to us as a high end pool builder. We spent a not insignificant amount of money to less then 3 years later have replaced a pump, the paved deck is completely sloping and part of the paved deck needs to be completely replaced. Oh and our iron gate has never seated properly since being rehung. I
