The guy that does the in home spot cleaning is very sweet. The delivery boys are very nice and had no problem unrolling and placing the rugs I got. Loved talking with the girls in the office. I’m very pleased with the results of my area rug cleaning. The team was professional and thorough, and I was provided with an estimate for services within a day of pickup. My rugs are refreshed and look much better. I would definitely recommend their services and will absolutely use them again.

Ripoff and unprofessional. There are so many options for more affordable rug cleaning with the same or better results. Really regret using them for three rugs. The service was slow and the results were average at best. Tried to charge me much more than was quoted on the front end. Claimed they did not require authorization for price changes. Very slow service and poor communication. Lost my rug pad and did not offer to refund it. Charged a late fee which was not disclosed. Will not be returning.
