My personal opinion of this store is it is convenient. And I have shopped here numerous times because of that reason, however.. that being said I believe their turn around rate has to be extremely high. It has gotten better but to get someone to load you in the lumber yard used to be an act of Congress. Their prices are always higher, but it is located well so that makes up for some of it. Custome

Horrible customer service! There was about 5 employees in the desk where you order supplies and no one greeted us (we are hispanics) once we were leaving and some (Americans ) were coming in they greeted by all employees ! #racism

So today, I went in to pick up my first load of materials for a remodel I'm doing on my family home.
It was the first time I was using an account that I set up a couple of months ago.
And everything went off without a single issue.
The customer service staff was great. They were very helpful and professional.
This opinion also extends to the yard team, the guys in the yard were also very helpful a

This was my first visit to this store. I don’t think I’ll ever need to go to tractor supply or Lowe’s ever again. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful (which meant I spent more money than I planned). They had everything I needed easy to find and neatly organized. I had the worst experience with Ritter Lumber trying to get my weed eater repaired. They used to have an awesome repair guy who got the work done quickly and that's why I was a repeat customer. They had my weed eater for 2 weeks and never contacted me about anything. They never checked the spark arrestor screen and figured it needed a new carburetor. They were just hoping it was the problem. I t

I've always had a great experience when I show up and pay cash at the drive through , BUT I would like to know if there is ANYBODY that checks AND/OR answers the emails for quote requests , or do y'all just avoid or delete them ? Just curious . And yes , to answer the obvious question , I have emailed twice within the past couple of days .
