Excellent, speedy customer service. My fiancée has been wanting his work boots restored as they are Thorogoods. We sent the first pair off and he loved them so much, speedy service and quick turnaround time. We then sent off his second pair and had the same amazing service. We will recommend to anyone needing shoe or workboot repair. So glad we stumbled across this business. 🙌 💯

I shipped a pair of boots from AZ since I didn’t have anyone local to me willing to do the work. Risk shoe store was excellent! Customer service and quality of work was top notch! Communication was second to none!

Naif, the owner is an outstanding businessman and a master of his craft. He was recommended by my boot manufacturer to resole and recondition my Thorogood boots and he did not disappoint. My boots came out looking practically brand new. I highly recommend using Rush shoe store for any boot repair you may have

This is a wonderful family owned business that goes back generations. Amazing work is done by them all. This is not a business where the owner sits in the office he is out on the floor working with his clients. I would most definitely recommend anyone go you wont be disappointed.

I took a pair of my Ariat boots to get new rubber Pieces for the bottom of my boot heels. When I got my boots back they not only repaired them but the boots were also shined, polished and cleaned to perfection. The boots look better than the day I bought them.
