They were incredibly fair in pricing and easy to deal with. Efficient, professional and quick to respond to questions. The installation team ( 3 brothers) were the best workers I have ever had! Showed up on time, worked 10 hour days, and cleaned up after themselves. Extremely trustworthy!

My designer recommended Richard’s Floors & Rug Services and they installed seagrass carpeting in our garage apartment. They were professional and easy to work with. They did a great job and our space looks 100x better. I will use them agin in the near future for custom rugs.

I would highly recommend this family owned business! You can definitely tell Richard and Kim have been doing this for a long time. They were able to answer all of my questions and made the whole process quick and easy with great results. I am a long time returning customer and recommend them to everyone I know.

Would not recommend in anyway Richard miss cut a $450 piece of carpet that was bought from pro source. Charged me roughly 450 for the the binding. Carpet was 4 inches from fitting. We’re not honor and make it right having to take him to court.

From start to finish Kim and Richard did an amazing job recarpeting my beachhouse with me not being able to be there in person. Their price was very competitive and their service excellent. Support Galveston business!
