Yes, this is a Restoration Hardware store. So it IS still very pricey. Everybody should be aware of the price level you are walking into. But hey, you get what you pay for. In this case, items made of amazing QUALITY. There ARE damages to some items, typically priced accordingly.

Been increasingly disaapointed by this particular location. They use non-member pricing to base their discounts off of and do not take into consideration current sale prices from the main store. Many items we were interested in can be purchased at the main store for about the same price without the need of bothering with outlet damage and non-returnable items if a sale is running. I have bought a lot from here and also their normal store as a member. And have happily spent thousands with RH. Apparently there is a new manager here compared to a few months ago. He is rude, won’t acknowledge a customer at all, and found it good to spend the whole time being rude and unprofessional to the employees about how they were folding a towel. If your looking for furniture that's made very well and good quality that's the place to go too also it's half the price from the original store so I really recommend it. Everything I have from them is mostly what's still lasting and I am slowly getting rid of my other furniture as the get older
