Similar to other experiences, scheduled a measure for a storm door through Home Depot. The first time, the guy showed up to the house unannounced without ever contacting us first. We weren’t there, and got notified by Home Depot that our measurement was canceled. Attempted to reschedule. Ordered a door measurement through home depot. Had it scheduled only for the guy to never show up or contact me to let me know he couldn't make it. Attempted to contact the company only to be met with silence. All in all it was a complete waste of my time, so I had the measurement refunded. The technician who did our work did an EXCELLENT job. He was meticulous and the results were perfect, better than we expected. I believe his name is Ian. He was courteous and careful, and cleaned everything up. We were very happy with what he accomplished.

RF Installation wasted my time. Scheduled for today with a 4 hour window. Prior to the appointment I received several emails, even spoke with the gentleman, Mr. Mohamed who was to come out to measure the doorways. Day of the appointment. No email, no return call no show. I contacted Home Depot and was informed that this is the only company that works in my area...no thank you!

Update 1: An hour after I left this review, I got a call to schedule the door repair on 03 July.
I purchased a door from Home Depot and paid for them to have someone install it. The installer damaged the door, did poor workmanship, broke my tile floor and tried to offer me $500 cash to not report it. Im giving them 4 stars only because I had to reach out to Home Depot to get these guys to contact me. After that, contact was easy. It was all through text which I prefer because there is a "paper" trail. There was an issue initially with scheduling but it got worked out easily. Juan installed our door. He was quick and professional. We love our door, it works perfect and looks great!

I had an outstanding experience with the exceptional service and professionalism provided by William, the installer. The associate at the local Hammond, Indiana Home Depot where I purchased my installation explain great detail on the process. This guidance made everything clear, and I felt confident. The installation team pulled my permit saving me much time.
