They are all very professional, on time, very knowledgeable, and neat. Highly recommend!! I'm very happy for the carpet and laminate wood installations they did in my house.

Very unprofessional. Had an appointment for 1pm and they arrived at 6:30 pm had to call several times only to get excuse after excuse as to why they were late. When they finally arrived one of them was extremely rude with my elderly father as well as with myself. Would not recommend them at all. The only good thing about it is they have good prices but other than that no thanks

Reynosa carpet definately gives you the best bang for your buck in El Paso. I had carpet installed in a house and ended up not moving in. Well with the heat the carpet started to get loose and needed to be stretched. I called Reynosa Carpet and they came back and fixed the problem.
