We paid $3500 for an estimate to do a remodel in our home in February 2025. I signed a contract and agreed to pay for an estimate so they could spend the time necessary & get bids from subcontractors for the entire job. However, the owner John and employee Joseph are tone deaf. I initially gave them a budget of $100K - $150K to remodel our Master Bathroom. Their response 3 months later - May 2

My wife and I worked with Revent to do a lot of the finishing touches on a cafe we're opening in Austin.
They did the tile, accent wall paint, wood seal, bar back, patched the drywall, painted the ceiling... they did a TON for us and the place looks phenomenal (see pic).
