In late 2023, our self storage facility suffered wind and hail damage. After a good bit of delay caused by the public adjuster and the insurance company, Restoremasters (RM) was given the job of replacing 299 self storage doors, an asphalt shingle roof on a house, and making assorted other repairs. This is an excellent company that is nationwide and takes pride in their craftsmanship. However and like other roofing companies, some of their salesmen may not be up to par with this company's standards. Excellent experience. The team was professional and timely in their work. From the initial inspection for damage to presenting my options to filing the claim with my homeowners insurance company to cleaning the area of rogue nails. It was a pleasure working with RestoreMasters.

My roof was installed about two years ago and it still looks great. It was done in one day. They handled all the paperwork with my insurance despite my insurance being hard to deal with. After the job was finished, they walked the yard to make sure nothing was left so that my yard would be clean. I highly recommend them.

We had roof damage from hurricane to our tile roof. Justin came snd took pictures and got us a repair estimate. Also sent workers who completed the repair in a very quick time and at a very reasonable cost. Very happy with the entire process.
