Do not go with Republic Flooring! In the beginning (and in all fairness, I love the look of my floors) I was super excited about them. I have 5 kids and needed 'virtually indestructible' (as they claim on their website) floors. We were moving in and I pushed my table across the floor and a deep scratch happened. I contacted the company and they said they don't cover scratches. I overlooked it bc o

Poor quality of warranty . As the product has a manufacturer warranty on it but they do not stand behind it i Recommend that if a person wants a good Quality of flooring and a stand behind warranty on the product they not the ones. Flooring Peeling let then 1 yrs old.

The customer service provided there is exceptional. All of my needs were satisfied and the material I was looking for was readily available. The girls in the office provided excellent customer service and they really excel at their job. Stephanie and Denise were amazing serving my needs.

An incredible disappointment. We bought a house that had republic floors in it. Originally it looked great but very quickly it started to crack and lift up. I called the Houston office to see what I should do when I mentioned that my sister, (who lives with us) is in a wheelchair. The person I talked to said that the wheelchair was the reason and that whoever sold the floor should have mention
